The active Homeowner's Association prides itself on bringing the community together and making Heritage Hills one of the most "resident friendly" gated communities in Colorado. HOA sponsored pool parties, Easter egg hunts, block parties, wine tastings, bridge groups, poker nights, coffee klatches and many other community events bring neighbors together. The numerous spontaneous events, not organized by the HOA, are further proof of a tight-knit neighborhood where people feel welcome and fit in with ease.
