Denver Home Values Rank 4th in the Nation

A recent Denver real estate market report from Zillow placed Denver 4th nationally for home resale price gains in 2016. On average, Denver home sellers saw a 56% gain in resale prices during 2016 according to the report. Based upon a median length of ownership of 7 years and 7 months, this increase would compute to approximately $119,500 gain on the average home in Metro Denver - more than double the national average.

This report supports what we have experienced in Denver real estate market trends during 2017. Home values continue to rise with homes selling rapidly, and for a high percentage of asking price. This could be the perfect time for you to sell your current home and move into the home of your dreams in Heritage Hills. We currently have one home available for immediate move-in (pictured). This home is a stunning ranch with Italian country inspired architecture and over 4,100 finished square feet. Click here for more information on this home and to view our exciting Overlook collection model homes.
