Fit for life.

It takes a village to support a healthy lifestyle.

Beyond the two pools, trails, parks and sports fields in Heritage Hills, there’s a whole community devoted to living life well. Lone Tree offers close and convenient access to hospitals, health care, and multiple recreation options that support a healthy lifestyle.

Outstanding medical resources are close at hand—Lone Tree has a distinguished hospital as well as other medical facilities. Heritage Hills is less than 1.5 miles from Sky Ridge Medical Center. Completed in 2003, this state-of-the-art facility features the latest technology, in addition to doctors who've made 5280 Magazine's list of "Denver's top doctors." Completed in 2013 is the Kaiser Permanente Multi-Specialty Center, which provides members with convenient access to a variety of specialty services in its 275,000 square-foot building. And OnPointe Urgent Care is also close, offering convenient care by board certified emergency room physicians with an on-site lab, digital x-ray and pharmacy.

Even better than access to top-notch health care are the opportunities for everyday healthy living in Lone Tree. Walk or bike for miles on the Willow Creek trail, which connects to the High Line Canal Trail to the north or south to the East/West Regional Trail, Prairie Sky Park and Lone Tree Recreation Center, less than two miles away. At the Lone Tree Recreation Center, you can keep your workouts fresh with an aquatic facility, track, weightlifting and cardio equipment, gymnasium and racquetball courts to choose from.

Golf lovers will be happy to know that the Lone Tree Golf Club, with its 18-hole Arnold Palmer-designed championship course, is less than a five-minute drive from Heritage Hills. Other nearby courses include the Inverness Golf Course, Meridian Golf Club, and The Ridge at Castle Pines North.
